About Us

Rebatissons Community Development LLC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit reimagining revitalization in Louisville.

We transform empty buildings into centers of housing, commerce, and community life — restoring what has been lost and creating what has never been offered before.

“We shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us.” – winston churchill

A Message from our Founder

“I founded Rebatissons in 2020, after serving as an executive at the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice. My career has shown me that revitalization must go beyond construction — it must restore dignity, wealth, and stability for families.

For more than 40 years, I have witnessed the struggles of Louisville’s neighborhoods: disinvestment, limited access to capital, and too few pathways for security. Rebatissons blends housing, locally owned retail, and technical support to uplift residents and strengthen the broader economy.

We are innovators seeking new but lasting partners in prosperity.”
